By placing an order with CalcsPlus Pty.Ltd. (CalcsPlus) or registering with CalcsPlus it is accepted that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Manufacturers may change the specifications of their products without notice. Whilst we will endeavour to ensure the accuracy of the product specifications, this is not always possible. Although CalcsPlus has attempted to provide accurate information on our site, CalcsPlus assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information. Prices, products and services are subject to change at any time without notice.Statutory Rights These terms and condition do not affect your statutory rights. If any single term or part thereof is found to be illegal, all other terms remain applicable.

Warranty

Products sold through this website are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with terms and conditions packaged with the products or described in the product Owner’s Manual.Please contact the manufacturer directly for technical support and customer warranty service.The original manufacturer’s warranty period is usually twelve months from the date of original purchase (keep your receipt!)

Shipping

Orders will be shipped using our preferred delivery service: Australian Post eParcel Express ServiceDelivery to a Business address or a Post Office is preferred for security purposes.

Please do not request delivery to a residential address unless someone will be available to accept and sign for the delivery as Australian Post will not leave goods without obtaining a signature.

Please note that we accept International orders but payment must be by Direct Deposit, freight will be via Australia Post and will be calculated prior to check out.Orders for products that are in stock will normally be shipped on the same working day.

The delivery address should be a day time address that will be attended as a proof-of-delivery signature may be required. Australia Post will not leave goods at unattended premises without prior authorisation from you to us.

Freight is payable on all orders and charges will be calculated during the check out process.
* Note: Deliveries to remote locations in Australia may incur additional shipping costs and an additional day or two for delivery. Deliveries by Australia Post to major surburban areas are usually within 48 hours whilst a further day can be expected for other areas.Orders will be shipped ex Melbourne 

Returns Policy

Return of product is subject to a number of requirements:
• Only authorised returns will be accepted (contact us for authorisation and return delivery details);
• All products must be returned within 7 days of receipt;
• All products must be unopened, undamaged, unused and in as new condition;
• All returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee;
• Special orders and freight are non-refundable; and,
• You will be responsible for shipping the products back to us and are liable for all freight charges.

CalcsPlus reserves the right to reject any packages that appear to have been used or do not meet with the above criteria.

CalcsPlus Pty does not have to accept returns because you have decided that you do not wish to, or are unable to keep the item.

Any returns that are received outside of these terms will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

All requests for refund must be accompanied with proof of purchase from CalcsPlus.

Refunds will not be issued until the product is returned to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.

CalcsPlus will not provide a refund:
1. Without proof of purchase;
2. If you change your mind; or
3. The goods are damaged.

How do I make a purchase online?

Just browse our site and click on 'Add to cart' to add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished browsing, click 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa or Mastercard via Westpac or Direct Deposit.  Goods will be shipped once confirmation of payment has been received. 

How do I pay by Direct Deposit?

To pay by Direct Deposit, select the option when placing your order. Banking details will be provided upon confirmation of order. 

Please include your name or order number in the payment description.

Can I cancel an order?

Order cancellations can be made by telephone and e-mail until the order has shipped. Once the order has shipped, our normal returns policy will apply for cancellation purposes.
